Please provide:

1) Child's birth certificate;
2) Child's social security card;
3) Child's shot records; and
4) Proof of residence (ex: water or electric bill).

If your child was enrolled in the K.R. Hanchey Pre-K Program for the 2019-2020 school year, you do not have to fill out a registration form for Kindergarten.

Registration for Kindergarten: Child must be 5 years old on or before September 30, 2020.
